Alexandra is Associate Professor at BOKU University in the field of spatial planning with Focus and venia in the field of environmental planning. She has extensive experience in the field of Environmental Assessment both in research and teaching as well as in practical applications. Over the past five years recent research covered climate change, biodiversty and the methodological challenges and opportunities related to advanced digitalisation and AI.

Anna is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University with over ten years of experience researching the drivers and environmental impacts of land-use change, including spatially explicit biodiversity impact assessments. Her research interests include climate change mitigation and adaptation, bioenergy, large-scale reforestation, and other nature-based solutions.

Bart is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Utrecht University's Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development. An earth scientist turned ecologist, he combines remote sensing, machine learning, and citizen-science data to study how environmental change and human activity shape biodiversity, with a long-running focus on migratory birds and nature-inclusive energy infrastructure.

Boris is a landscape researcher at BOKU University and TU Vienna with expertise in socio-techno-ecological transformation research, spatial energy planning, and the integration of social preferences into renewable energy siting optimization. Within BIOGAIN, he contributes to the design and analysis of stakeholder-oriented planning and decision-support approaches that connect biodiversity-positive planning with climate-neutral energy transitions.

Brady applies population models along with developing and testing decision support systems through collaborative decision analysis and Bayesian decision networks to tackle complex conservation issues involving wildlife species. He works as an Associate Professor at BOKU University in Vienna and is applying these methods in multi-scale contexts involving migratory birds and large mammals in diverse terrestrial systems of Europe and North America.
